Therapy is not a one size fits all. What you bring, what you are ready to look at, and how openly you are able to engage will all shape the work. You might come with something specific you want to explore, or you might not be entirely sure where to begin. Either is okay. Therapy can be a space to pause, talk honestly, and begin to understand yourself and your life in a different way.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You remain in the driving seat, deciding what feels important to bring and the pace at which we move. My role is to sit alongside you, listening, reflecting and offering a steady, non-judgemental space where you can begin to hear yourself more clearly.
